In addition to being a physiotherapist, I am  a 200-hour registered yoga teacher. My yoga style incorporates traditional vinyasa flow, pilates, and physiotherapy-based exercises to promote stability, mobility, mindfulness, and overall well-being.

Don't fall victim to the stereotypes. No matter if your gender, age, fitness level, work spiritual or cultural background, yoga is a powerful tool in optimizing health and can be modified to suit all body types and life demands. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and no one should feel out of place when taking part in a yoga class.
