Facing Pain

Medications, massage, acupuncture... they all have their place in recovery from pain and injury.

When they fail to work is when they become the main course of your treatment, and used primarily as a means to decrease your pain... but only for a little while.

Whether its back pain, knee pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis, or an injury like an ACL tear, MCL tear, or a sprained ankle... the only way to really get better is through movement.

Recovering from chronic pain and injury can seem like a daunting, uphill battle. It can definitely be uncomfortable.

That said, avoiding facing your pain in the short term guarantees that you will continue to experience it in the long term.

Let a professional show you the way forward-- at your own comfort level, in a safe environment, with expert level guidance.

Of course there are some injuries and conditions that require long-term care, but with most of my people getting better within 4-6 sessions, I am always accepting new clients here in Calgary! Book an online now by clicking here.
