PHYSIOTHERAPY IN CALGARY, ALBERTA

First visits are 75 minutes, one-on-one. We'll review your history and goals, assess how you move, start treatment, and leave you with a clear plan and exercises for between visits. Follow-ups combine hands-on treatment with exercise in our 12,000 sq ft gym.

We see sports and musculoskeletal injuries such rotator cuff and shoulder pain, back and neck pain, knee sprains, tendinopathies and running injuries, along with persistent pain, pre- and post-surgical rehab, and neurological conditions including stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and concussion.

Low patient volumes allow us to closely monitor your progress along the way. This includes troubleshooting new challenges as they come up and educating and empowering you so you feel confident in your treatment plan and between visits. In addition to offering collaborative treatment plans including massage therapy, personal training, and kinesiology, we connect our patients to specialist care outside of our clinic whenever additional help is needed.

We work with national and international level athletes, people living with chronic pain and complex injuries, and everyday people from all walks of life working towards better health and fitness.
