New Exercise Class: Mindful Flow, Thursdays on Zoom
Are you feeling like all of these restrictions are keeping your body from feeling its best? Looking to reduce the impact they are having on your personal health?
Starting this Thursday, I will be hosting a weekly online exercise class combing yoga, mat-based pilates, corrective exercises, and breath work into a 60-minute head-to-toe workout. Best of all its free! I want to give back in return for all the support you have given me this year.
In-person fitness classes may be cancelled, but you can keep your body feeling good and work away some of that 2020 stress. This class is for people of all fitness levels, and I think no matter where you are at in your fitness journey you will find some new challenges to work on and come out feeling better than before. Join in to improve strength, mobility, fine tune your mechanics and alignment, prevent injury, ease stress, and keep that body and mind of yours healthy for life.
